Friday night was Halloween dress-up for the staff here at Rainbow. Be sure to click on the first one to get the full effect of the “Red Hat Ladies.” You’ll understand most of the costumes, but Joe (bottom left) needs explanation. He came as “Chicken-Cord-On-Blue.”
