Nice blog posting about Rainbow →
I haven’t been very good about posting lately, but I ran across this blog posting about Rainbow and about the show we just opened this week. Wanted to share it.

Back in the saddle…
I haven’t been Tumbling lately. Is that what you call it? -Haven’t Tumbled? Haven’t posted to Tumblr?
Anyway, Cindy and I just got back from Derby Dinner Playhouse in Louisville, where - in addition to spending all day picking the brains of all their department heads - we saw a great new show.
“Dixie Swim Club” is about 5 women, formerly teammates on a championship...

Visitor's Bureau visits Rainbow for "Nana's"! →
Someone from the Pennsylvania Dutch Visitor’s Bureau came to see the show this past weekend and wrote up this lovely blog entry.
Health Care Update
Cindy went to the pharmacy today to renew a prescription.
We had just changed our group medical insurer and she had a new card. And they wouldn’t accept it. Something was wrong, and the system at the pharmacy kept rejecting her card.
After some time, the answer came back: Apparently, according to Geisinger Insurance, Cindy was born sometime in the mid eighteen hundreds. They had her...
My High School Math Teacher Would Love This!
Today is the second day of March, in the year 2010. Look at the date in this format.
3/2/10
Now speak it, one numeral at a time:
3 - 2 - 1 - 0
(And try not to imagine the “boom” that follows. Sorry; I watch too many action movies.)
-Props to Mr Shanks, who taught us to love number games, palindromes and numerical oddity in all its forms.

We opened!
“Nana’s Naughty Knickers” finally opened Tuesday. Only 70-odd in the audience, due to incoming snow (didn’t arrive ‘til evening!). It went very well, with good laughs from start to finish.
We expect another small house for the Thursday matinee, but we’ll be full for Valentine’s weekend. Can’t wait to play the show to a full audience.
Very proud of...
There was no show. There was melancholy. Whiteness and melancholy. This is why those Russian writers are so gloomy.
We were supposed to open today, but got blizzard-ed out. Entire weekend cancelled.
I made this video of rehearsal clips to cheer myself up.
I am not overly cheered. Frickin’ snow.

having lost it yesterday.
Wait! It’s found again.
My BMW is sad. Someone swiped one of the two front grilles. Who would do that? It looks like a gap-toothed kid trying to smile.
Made it all the way down to 49th and back in forty-five minutes and I...
